Pros: The staff were amazing in a very difficult time. We were there as our son was in the hospital with COVID-19. The staff were professional and helpful at all times.
Cons: Best there were limited guest so limited cleaning staff. The hallway garbage cans were overly full and smelled sometimes. But once we would tell the front desk it would be taken care of.

Pros: The staff was awesome. Hotel employee was so attentive and caring! The rest of the staff was great as well. This pandemic has everything tops turvy and Hyatt Place met the challenge.
Cons: My bathtub was a little stained but the staff took care of us beautifully!
