Pros: Service was excellent. Staff followed safety and hygiene guidelines, everything was clean and well maintained. Chech-in was easy and fast. Room was clean and cozy.
Cons: There was no outlet near the bed. I like to have my phone within reach at night while it is charging. I was not able to do so and had to plug it in around the corner and set it on the floor. :-(

It is excellent but for a top hotel I was very disappointed in
in the amenities and toiletries. Very cheap and few. Small and very few towels. They need significant improvement here.
