Pros: The hotel was very clean sanitized room was wonderful clean. Staff was friendly had a great time will book again there.
Cons: Went out later to take my friend back to her hotel came back around 3am no valet was close had to self park.

Cons: The staff at check-in forgot to give a breakfast voucher. It means time and effort to be in line again to get it.

Pros: The staff was very nice, the hotel was very clean. You can see employees wiping down the games and escalators.
Cons: Probably the check in process, I had to come back down to the main desk a couple times because the keys given to me at first weren’t working. It was resolved pretty quick though

Cons: After checking in and unpacking my luggage I showered at 5pm. During my shower the door knocked and the maid let herself in and decided it was the right time to restock the mini bar that I never used. Very unprofessional and an invasion of privacy.
