Pros: I loved the "local" Hawaiian vibe, as well as the food choices at the restaurants in the hotel. The staff was super friendly and always helpful!
Cons: Would have loved a coffee maker in the room.

Pros: Rate minus the daily fee!!
Cons: Resort fee Main Street Cafe & Aloha Specialities lacking in food quality. They just both reopened after 2 months of closing due to Covid 19, so hopefully quality will improve. Service in Main St Cafe was lacking! Employees don’t care enough!
