Pros: Proximity to food establishments and airport.
Cons: Vending machine was out of water and we were too tired to go out again. Hotel receptionist gave us a bottle of water, but I assume she didn't know about the water cooler in the breakfast area.

Clean, well managed, not spectacular but above basic. Good value, Free breakfast, convenient to airport and Jet Blue Park (Red Sox spring training).
Pros: Clean room, clean pool, lively decor in a modern style, exercise room, two public computers (printing boarding passes free), staff was friendly and helpful, Free breakfast was cafeteria-like as expected but edible and plentiful. For what it's worth, several fast food outlets in walking distance or nearby. Very pleasant patio off the dining room to enjoy the morning air. Comfortable beds, good lighting and AC outlets. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Coffee was not good but McDonald's in walking distance. No elevator to second floor though there was a handicap type lift in the lobby which could be used for elederly, disabled or heavy luggage. Stairs to second floor were located at the far end of the motel with no central stairway from the the lobby. Not a deal breaker unless you don't like to walk. Hot water a bit slow to start but ultimately acceptable. WIFI not secured by password - unacceptable nowadays due to hacking and identity theft concerns.
